To record each and every important details about various activities distribute among different teams
To coordinate with other teams, ask for details, observe and record and draw conclusive remarks
To prepare progress statistics and status reports
To produce deliverables that acts as a central source of information regarding all activities
To record problems, and report to concerned team coordinators and probably suggest solutions
