FOSS Orientation @ Ministry of Science and Technology (MoST)

A brief FOSS Orientation program was held at the Ministry of Science and Technology (MoST), Government of Nepal, Singha Durbar, Kathmandu by FOSS Nepal Community members on May 11, 2010. There was participation from all the levels of the ministry including high-level officials like the Secretary, Joint Secretary, and Under Secretary. Besides, there was also participation from high-level officials of High Level Commission of Information Technology (HLCIT) and National Information Technology Centre (NITC). The speakers from the community were Subir Pradhanang, Akash Deep Shakya and Jitendra Harlalka.
